Itinerary
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta Airport, our representative will acquaint you with the itinerary before commencing the trip to Amboseli National Park, a scenic 4-hour drive from Nairobi. Named after the Maasai word for "salty dust," Amboseli is renowned as the habitat of the African Elephant. Enjoy an evening game drive followed by dinner and leisure time at the lodge.
Embark on an early morning game drive to witness the park's vibrant wildlife, including the iconic Mount Kilimanjaro backdrop. Explore attractions such as Observation Hill and the Swamp below, teeming with diverse birdlife. Afternoon activities include a cultural visit to local communities and another game drive to soak in the park's beauty.
After breakfast, journey to Lake Naivasha, the only freshwater Rift Valley Lake, known for its rich avifauna and scenic landscapes. Enjoy a boat ride amidst towering acacia forests, spotting wildlife like giraffes and hippos. Relax with dinner at the lodge.
Embark on a wilderness walk at Hell's Gate National Park before proceeding to Lake Nakuru National Park, famed for its flamingos and diverse wildlife. Enjoy a game drive to encounter rhinos, giraffes, and stunning landscapes. Return to the lodge for dinner and relaxation.
Depart for Kitale, a scenic 5-hour drive, and explore the Sitatunga Antelope sanctuary at Saiwa Swamp National Park. Discover diverse wildlife and cultural heritage at Kitale Museum before retiring for the evening.
Venture to Mt. Elgon National Park for a day of adventure, exploring caves, salt-mining elephants, and cascading waterfalls. Return to the lodge for dinner and relaxation.
Embark on a 3-hour drive to Kakamega Forest, a haven for primates and birdlife. Enjoy guided walks through the forest, encountering rare species and local villages. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Drive to Kisumu City, Kenya's third-largest city, for a city tour encompassing cultural landmarks and scenic attractions. Enjoy leisure time and dinner at the hotel.
